| Rick Miller and Grant Warden attended follow-up inspection. Facility is required to provide proper backflow protection on the main water line that connects to the filtration system. Facility also is required to provide an air gap for waste water that discharges to sanitary sewer. Rick Miller stated that there is an electrical hazard in the pump room due to several pipes that were leaking. Please repair/replace the leaky pipes. |
