[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(1)(g) / Water clarity shall be sufficient to see the pool bottom (or Secchi disc).
Critical Observed that the water is cloudy, and the bottom of the pool can not be seen.
Water clarity that is insufficent to clearly see the drain outlet covers at the bottom of the pool shall not operate. Do not operate the pool when water clarity is poor.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(iii) / pH is tested daily at pool side at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features
Observed that the pool is not being checked every 4 hours.
pH must be tested prior to bathers entering the water and every 4 hours the pool is open for use. If ACC is in use pH must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the pH must be tested at 1 special feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use. Ensure that someone is checking the pool after 5pm.
3701-31-04 (D)(02) / Public swimming pool is continuously disinfected using a chemical feeding device connected to the circulation system
Critical Observed that the pool was being hand dosed by placing tablets into the skimmer baskets.
Public swimming pools shall be continuously disinfected using a chemical feeding device connected to the circulation system. No licensee shall continuously disinfect the pool by hand dosing. Repair or replace the disinfection system so that the pool is continuously being disinfected.
