[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(6) / Equipment is maintained per manufacturers specifications.
Observed a flow of 70 GPM when the filter recommends that the maximum rate of flow for the filter is 62 GPM.
In order to reduce the risk of health and safety hazards, all equipment must be maintained in accordance with the manufacturers specifications.
3701-31-04 (D)(7)(a) / pH and ORP values for chlorine/bromine shall be continuously monitored.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed that the ACC was off at the time of inspection.
In order to reduce the risk of health hazards, the pH and ORP values shall be continuously monitored. Have the ACC unit serviced/repaired/replaced so that the pH values are continuously monitored. While ACC is not working properly, check the pool before bathers enter and then every 4 hours while the pool is open. Discussed this with the PIC and he will monitor every 4 hours until the ACC is repaired/replaced.
