Observed that the combined chlorine was not tested daily at pool side prior to use.
In order to reduce the risk of health and safety hazards, ensure that the combined chlorine is tested prior to bathers entering the water and every 12 hours while the pool is in use. Discussed this with PIC and he will instruct the lifeguards to test for FC, CC, TT pool side daily before bathers enter the pool.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(e) / Working emergency telephone/call box provided.
Observed that the emergency phone was not working, it had been disconnected.
In order to reduce the risk of safety hazards, ensure that the emergency phone is functioning properly and rings to the emergency response authorities. PIC will work on having the phone reconnected/repaired/replaced.
