Observed an uncovered cleanout/drain in the women's restroom by the sink that needs addressed. The cleanout/drain was full of water and needs to have a cover to prevent kids from having access.

Observed both the men's and women's restrooms need soap and method to dry hands for patrons and staff to properly wash their hands before returning to the splash pad to reduce the risk of contamination of the equipment after using the restroom/toilets.

Observed the portable toilet next to the sign for Bethie's Splash Pad is damaged and needs to be repaired or replaced. The seat of the toilet is badly cracked and the door of the unit does not provide enough privacy at the hinge when it closes - you can see right inside from the outside.
