Observed the plunger in the flow meter reading device to not be moving. In order to receive accurate flow readings, ensure that the meter reading device is cleaned out as needed.

Flow meter appeared to be stuck in the flow reading unit. Operator will need to clean out the flow reader in the pump room in order for an accurate reading of flow. Will reinspect on 6/1/2023.
