Observed that the combined chlorine was greater than 1.0 ppm (2.0 PPM).
In order to reduce the risk of health hazards, the combined chlorine shall not exceed 1.0ppm. Treat the pool so that the combined chlorine is less than 1 ppm.

Observed the pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8 (7.0).
In order to reduce the risk of health hazards the pH shall remain within 7.2 to 7.8. Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.
