Critical Chlorine disinfectant residual was less than 1 ppm for the pool, chlorine was measured to be approximately 0 ppm.
Do not operate the pool when the disinfectant residuals are less than what is required. Ensure the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above prior to placing the pool back into operation.

Repeat Equipment was not maintained per manufacturers specifications. Observed the end of the shepards hook to be jagged and sharp.
All equipment must be maintained in accordance with the manufacturers specifications. Ensure the shepards hook is maintained in good repair.
