Critical Repeat Observed ORP value was not displayed on the ACC unit. Discussed with person in charge, who said that Ecolab had not changed the issue and provided the information for their technician. The Ecolab representative was called and said Ecolab was waiting on the part to become available to correct the issue.
Have the ACC unit serviced or replaced so that the ORP value is displayed when the parts are available.
