The label on the sulfuric acid storage tank was worn and water-damaged and could not be read. Equipment identification labels were not maintained and/or not on file.
A new label was on-site. Replace the damaged label.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(o) / Ladders/stairs/steps are in good repair/slip resistent
One of the ladders at the pool was loose and easily twisted. Ladders/stairs/steps were not in good repair or were not slip resistant.
Repair or replace the ladders/stairs/steps so that they are slip resistant and in good repair.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(s) / Perimeter barrier is in good repair to prevent unauthorized entry
Repeat Corrected During Inspection The north gate on the perimeter barrier did not self-close and self-latch.
Repair the perimeter gate so that it self-closes and self-latches to ensure that the pool is protected from unauthorized entry. The gate was repaired during the inspection.
3701-31-04(D)(6)(a) / Combined chlorine is less than 1.0 ppm.
The combined chlorine was calculated at 1.1 ppm, which is greater than 1.0 ppm.
Treat the pool so that the combined chlorine is less than 1 ppm.
