Inspection Information

Facility Type: Pool

[?] Inspection Type: Standard

Inspection Date: 08-December-2023

Comments
The pool is currently closed.

On 12/3 or 12/4/23 the glass perimeter exit door was busted out and shattered the glass all over the pool deck and potentially into the pool. The PIC decide out of extreme caution the best option for safety was to completely drain the pool and make sure there is no glass in the pool. No glass was found in the pool and all glass was cleaned off the pool deck. The busted door has been boarded up and new parts have been ordered. The pool has been refilled, chemicals are all within normal ranges but the temperature is low and the PIC will not open the pool when it is this cold. PIC is hoping to open ASAP when the temperature raises and the ACC is out of alarm.

The ACC has been replaced to a ProMinent DCM300 controller.
