Observed that the daily/weekly logs were not complete. Many areas were left blank.
Daily/weekly logs must be kept, fully filled-in, and must be available upon request by the licensing authority. Complete all past and current logs with the name, address, and city of the facility, all information on the pool type and setting, and all information on the pool design and flow rates.
