[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(6) / Equipment is maintained per manufacturers specifications.
Equipment was not maintained per manufacturers specifications. The valve for the #1 sand filter had a leak.
All equipment must be maintained in accordance with the manufacturers specifications. Repair or replace this valve. It was indicated during the inspection that the valve was scheduled for repair.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h) / Required meters and gauges maintained/functional
Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation. The flowmeter had a leak at the top.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly functioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation. Repair or replace this meter. It was indicated during the inspection that the meter would be repaired.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(e) / Working emergency telephone/call box provided.
Emergency device (telephone) was not working. There was no working emergency telephone on-site.
Ensure that the emergency device is functioning properly and rings to the emergency response authorities. It was indicated during the inspection that an emergency telephone would be provided within the next few days and would be on-site on opening day.
3701-31-04(D)(6)(a)(2) / Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual shall be above 1 ppm.
Critical Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual was below 1 ppm. The chlorine level was measured at approximately 0.5 ppm. This is too low.
Do not operate the pool until the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above. It was indicated during the inspection that the chlorine level was in the process of being adjusted and would be at 1ppm or greater on opening day.
