Comments
Consultation to determine if the mens' and women's spas were to be closed or not. Spoke to Scott Palmer, person-in-charge, and checked the women's and the men's spas.

The women's spa was filled with water, the gate was unlatched and unlocked, and there was no "pool closed" sign.
The men's spa had approximately six inches of water at the bottom, the gate was unlocked, and there was no "pool closed" sign.
Mr. Palmer indicated that the spas were closed, but patrons took down the signs and occasionally tried to use the spas.

He indicated that he had hired a person to come to the facility on Friday, June 1, 2018 to start work on the spas' areas to provide either two doors to block off the spas' areas OR construct two walls to close off the spas' areas. He indicated that the ETA for completion of the doors/walls was approximately two weeks.

Mr. Palmer indicated that he would post "pool closed" signs and secure the latches on the spas' gates.

Provide sufficient and securely fastened "pool closed" signs to adequately inform patrons of the status of the spas.
Provide sufficient locks or fasteners for the gates to prevent patrons from entering the spas' areas.

The Health District will return to the facility on June 1, 2018 to confirm that the spas' gates are securely closed and that "pool closed" signs are adequately posted.
