[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(n) / Proper pool operating water level is maintained
The operating water level of the pool was not maintained. The water level in the wading pool was very low - for an unknown reason. Water was flowing into the pool but the level was very low.
Increase the volume of the pool water until the pool operating water level is restored. The pool was voluntarily closed over the weekend to allow a check of the pool to find the cause for the low water level and repair the problem.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(s) / Perimeter barrier is in good repair to prevent unauthorized entry
Repeat The two gates for the perimeter fence would not self-close or self-latch when they were opened. Both gates would stay completely open unless they were pulled shut. One gate had a latch that was bent.
Repair the perimeter gate and latches so that they self-close and self-latch to ensure that they close completely to avoid unauthorized access to the wading pool.

[?] Inspection Type: Standard

Inspection Date: 17-July-2015

Comments
Pool chemistry not checked.

The wading pool has almost no water in it - water flows into the pool, but for some reason cannot keep up with the rate it flows out through the drains. The pool operator will check the wading pool over the weekend to find the cause of the problem.

The two gates leading to the wading pool do not work. Both of the gates stay open when opened - they do not self-close or self-latch.

THE WADING POOL WAS VOLUNTARILY CLOSED DURING THE INSPECTION UNTIL THE GATES CAN BE FIXED AND THE CAUSE OF THE LOW WATER LEVEL COULD BE DIAGNOSED AND FIXED.
