Observed that disinfection residuals were not tested daily at pool side and/or at the required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers.
In order to reduce the risk of health hazards, ensure to test the disinfection residual every day before bathers enter the water. Disinfection residual must then be tested every 4 hours when an ACC is not in use. If an ACC is in use the disinfectant residual must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. Test and record disinfection residuals at required frequency.

Observed that combined chlorine was not tested/recorded daily at pool side prior to use.
In order to reduce the risk of health hazards, test for combined chlorine prior to bathers entering the water and If ACC is in use combined chlorine must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. Test and record combined chlorine at required frequency.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(iii) / pH is tested daily at pool side at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features
Observed that pH is not being tested at required frequency.
In order to reduce the risk of health hazards, pH must be tested prior to bathers entering the water and as long as ACC is working properly, every 12 hours while the pool is in use. Test and record pH at required frequency.
