[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(1) / Public swimming pool shall operate free of an imminent health hazard.
Critical Potential immient health hazard = electrical hazard. Found the cord to the pool chair lift's hand control is damaged in several locations exposing the internal wires potentially to water exposure when in use or pool water is splashed near the chair. The electric to the chair needs to be disconnected until the cord is repair immediately. If the chair is not going to be able to be repaired, it will need to be removed. The chair and its parts including the cord need to be in good condition to be used safely and reduce the risk of potentially being a source of electric shock to patrons using the chair or being in the pool when the chair in its current condition is used while using the pool.

3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(i) / Disinfection residuals are tested daily at pool side at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features
Observed only the free chlorine levels being recorded in records log. Need to also record combined and total chlorine levels to maintain the pool's required chlorine level and treatment. Required to close the pool if the combined chlorine level is greater than 1.0 ppm or if the free chlorine level is less than 1.0 ppm

3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(ii) / Combined chlorine is tested daily at pool side prior to use
Based on the records at the facility, only the free chlorine levels were recorded. Need to record also the combined chlorine and total chlorine levels to accurately determine if the pool can continue to be open or have to be closed. A pool has to be closed by the operator when the free chlorine level is less than 1.0 or the combined chlorine is greater than 1.0 ppm. Make sure to test and record all three forms of chlorine in the pool on records sheet (Free Chlorine, Combined Chlorine and Total Chlorine).

3701-31-04 (B)(6) / Equipment is maintained per manufacturers specifications.
Observed the sand filter's pressure gauge is broken and no longer enclosed to provide an accurate reading of pressure or protect it from being affected by the air in the equipment room. Need to replace the pressure gauge to ensure the filter is maintained and working correctly.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(a) / Pool structure is water tight
Observed a patch of the pool's floor is not intact where the pool floor paint has peeled. Make sure this spot is water tight and remove the rough edges of this spot to reduce the risk of causing a cut or scratch to patrons'/swimmers' feet or other exposed body parts that may come in contact with the rough edges of the damaged floor area.

3701-31-04 (D)(8) / Acceptable test kit provided/adequate/in good repair
Observed the facility's test kit cylinder container needs cleaning to accurately read the color indicators. At the time of the inspection this container had a dark black stain on the side used to measure chorine, alkalinity and pH.

3701-31-04 (E)(2)(e) / Working emergency telephone/call box provided.
Repeat Phone in pool room did not ring out or work to be available as required for emergency use. Need to have a working phone that directly connects to the front desk or the local emergency response number (911). Fix or replace the phone immediately to be available for use if an emergency occurs in the pool/pool room.
