Critical Repeat Observed the chemical storage area was unlocked and therefore accessible to patrons of the pool. In order to reduce the risk of contamination and physical harm, ensure that the chemical storage area is only accessible to authorized personnel. Discussed with the person in charge.

3701-31-04 (D)(7)(b) / pH and ORP values shall be displayed.
Critical Observed ORP value was not displayed on the ACC unit. Observed that the ORP was set to -132. In order to reduce the risk of inappropriate levels of chemicals in the pool, have the ACC needs to be maintained. The person in charge contacted services during the inspection, and the technician stated that a new probe had been ordered already. Ecolab is waiting on the part to become available to correct the issue. Have the ACC unit serviced or replaced so that the ORP value is displayed when the parts are available.
