3701-31-04 (C)(7)/Spa water temperature is less than 104 degrees Fahrenheit/ thermometer is provided Spa water temperature was 104.6 degrees Fahrenheit. Do not operate the spa at a water temperature greater than 104 degrees Fahrenheit. Reduce the water temperature to 104 degrees or less.
3701-31-04 (B)(1)(c)/Minimum disinfection residual are provided as required Bromine disinfectant residual was less than 4 ppm for the spa Do not operate the pool when the disinfectant residuals are less than what is required. Ensure the bromine disinfectant residual is at 4 ppm or above prior to placing the spa back into operation.
