The licensee /authorized representative was not keeping or maintaining operational records. Observed log sheet, however top log sheet was filled out for the whole week, the date for the week tested was not indicated, and the inspection was conducted on a Tuesday.
All facility records must be maintained and available for review upon request. Please esure that records are maintained when the pool is in operation.
