pH was not tested daily at pool side and/or at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features.
pH must be tested prior to bathers entering the water and every 12 hours while the pool is in use if using an ACC.
3701-31-04 (C)(6) / Pool water temperature does not exceed 90 degrees Fahrenheit without approval from the Director
Pool water temperature was above 90 degrees Fahrenheit without approval from the Director of Health. Pool temperature read at 90 degrees Fahrenheit.
Either reduce the water temperature of the pool to below 90 degress Fahrenheit or seek approval to operate at a higher temperature from the Director of Health.
3701-31-04 (D)(7)(c) / Audible/visual alarm shall activate when unit is malfunctioning or when pH or ORP levels are not acceptable.
Critical The ACC unit was not activating an audible or visual alarm when unit malfunctioned or when pH or ORP levels were not acceptable.
Have the ACC unit serviced or replaced so that the audible or visual alarm is activated when necessary.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(b)(i) / 12 ft. non-telescopic reach pole with Sheppard's crook & a USCG Type IV personal flotation device with 30 - 60 foot throw line.
12 ft. non-telescopic reach pole with Shepherd's crook and/or a USCG Type IV personal flotation device with 30 - 60 foot throw line was not provided at the guarded pool. Observed that there was no 12 ft. non-telescopic Sheperd's crook present in the pool area.
Provide the non-telescopic reach pole and personal floatation device at the pool at all times.
