Observed that the flow meter was not within a readable range.
In order to reduce the risk of contamination, ensure that the flow meter is repaired/replaced. The maximum rate of flow, per filter label is 63gpm.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(p) / Deck surfaces are free of standing water or other hazards.
Observed that the deck surfaces had standing water.
In order to reduce the risk of safety hazards, ensure that the deck is free of standing water.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(u) / Ventilation system is maintained/ free of hazards
Observed that the ventilation system in the pool room is not functioning.
In order to reduce the risk of health and safety hazards, ensure that the system is repaired/replaced. PIC stated that the part has been ordered so within a few weeks they hope it will be repaired.
