Observed the licensee/pool operator did not have any records of the required water parameters and chemistry recorded since Feb 2, 2023. Need to record the following at the following times: 1. The chlorine residual daily (every 12 hours the pool is available for use) when using an automatic chemical controller 2. The Combined chlorine tested daily and every 4 hours the pool is open for use. 3. The pH tested daily and every 4 hours the pool is open for use. 4. The water temperature is measured and recorded at least once a day. 5. Total alkalinity is tested not less than once a week. If the employee assigned is not able to test the pool water and record, another employee needs to be trained and able to conduct and record the required water parameters each day the pool is in use.

No records available to show if or any chemicals were added or adjusted to correct the water chemistry. Need to maintain a daily log showing when any chemicals or adjustments are made with maintaining the pool.
