[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(1) / Public swimming pool shall operate free of an imminent health hazard.
Critical Observed that the chlorine levels were extremely high and bathers complaining of irritation/burning eyes.
In order to reduce the risk of health hazards, do not operate the pool when an imminent health hazard is present. Fix the imminent health hazard before the pool is put back into operation.

Comments
9:15 am- Tested the pool and the free chlorine was at 12.5 ppm, combined chlorine was 0.0 ppm pH was <7.0 and the alkalinity was 190. PIC has stated that he tested higher than that so he added in more neutralizer. Suggested that the facility keep the pool closed and continue to allow the water to circulate. CCCHD will come back in a few hours.

11:00 am- Tested the pool and the free chlorine was 11.5 ppm, combined chlorine was 0.0 and the pH was <7.0. PIC has instructed the guard to test the water once an hour for the next few hours. PIC stated he will work on getting the pH up to the accpetable range and if they get it above 7.2, they may reopen the pool this afternoon. Pool needs to be check multiple times once the bathers are allowed back into the water. CCCHD will come back to check the pool in the morning. As long as the free chlorine remains above 1.0 ppm and the pH is within 7.2-7.8 the pool can reopen.
