3701-31-04 (B)(1)(g) / Water clarity shall be sufficient to see the pool bottom (or Secchi disc).
Critical Repeat Observed the water in the pool to be so cloudy that it was difficult to see clearly to the bottom. In order to reduce the risk of being unable to see a person in distress in the pool, it is necessary to always keep the pool water clear. Close the pool and take steps to correct the cloudy water. Discussed with the PIC's, who indicated that Ecolab was scheduled to visit the facility later on 07-13-2023 to fix the cloudy water issue.

3701-31-04 (E)(2)(e) / Working emergency telephone/call box provided.
Repeat No working emergency telephone was available for use. The emergency telephone was scheduled to be repaired/replaced by Spectrum and a working walkie-talkie that connected to the front desk had been provided as a temporary emergency contact. In order to ensure rapid emergency services, it is necessary that a working emergency telephone/call box be provided for the pool. Provide a working telephone for the pool.

3701-31-04 (E)(3)(c) / Location of emergency telephone posted when the phone is not visible.
Repeat The temporary walkie-talkie provided for emergency use until the telephone can be repaired/replaced was not easy to use. The buttons were not labeled and it was not clear how to use the walkie-talkie. In order to ensure rapid emergency response until the emergency telephone can be repaired/replaced, it is necessary that the temporary walkie-talkie be accompanied by a sign that very clearly describes how the walkie-talkie is meant to be used. Provide a sign for this device. Discussed with the PIC's who indicated that a sign would be posted as soon as possible.
