[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(1)(c) / Minimum disinfection residual shall be maintained as required.
Critical Observed Free chlorine level to be at 0.5ppm.
In order to reduce the risk of health hazards, ensure free chlorine levels are at 1.0 or above. Pool should not be used until chlorine levels are fixed.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(ii) / Combined chlorine is tested daily at pool side prior to use
Observed Combined chlorine was not tested and recorded at required frequency.
In order to reduce the risk of health hazards, ensure to test for combined chlorine prior to bathers entering the water and every 4 hours the pool is open for use. If ACC is in use combined chlorine must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(iii) / pH is tested daily at pool side at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features
Observed pH was not tested/recorded daily at pool side and/or at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers.
In order to reduce the risk of health hazards, ensure that the pH is being tested prior to bathers entering the water and every 4 hours the pool is open for use. If ACC is in use pH must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use.
3701-31-04 (C)(3) / Total alkalinity is at or greater than 60 ppm
Total alkalinity was 50 ppm.
In order to reduce the risk of health hazards, ensure the total alkalinity is raised to at least 60 ppm.
3701-31-04 (D)(7)(c) / Audible/visual alarm shall activate when unit is malfunctioning or when pH or ORP levels are not acceptable.
Critical Repeat Observed ACC in alarm (possibly due to low free chlorine levels).
In order to reduce the risk of safety hazards, ensure ACC is fixed and is no longer in alarm
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(a)(ii) / A USCG Type IV personal flotation device with 30 -60 foot throw line provided
Observed the USCG Type IV personal flotation device to have a rope that is knotted and in bad repair.
In order to reduce the risk of safety hazards, ensure there is a 1/4 in rope that is 30-60ft long attached to flotation device.
