Inspection Information

Facility Type: Pool

[?] Inspection Type: Follow-up

Inspection Date: 02-April-2024

The following violation(s) have been corrected since the last inspection.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(o)/Ladders/stairs/steps are in good repair/slip resistent
Observed the ladder on the wall near the shepherd's crook to be still loose. It is necessary that the pool be maintained in good order, especially ladders that allow egress from the pool. Repair or replace this ladder.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(s)/Perimeter barrier is in good repair to prevent unauthorized entry
Observed one of the entrance gates on the perimeter fence (the gate nearest the spa) to not self-latch when it closed. In order to reduce the risk of unauthorized entry to the pool area, especially by small children, it is necessary for gates to be self-closing AND self-latching. Check and repair this gate. Discussed with the PIC who indicated that the gate would be checked and repaired as soon as possible.
