Observed total alkalinity was not tested weekly.
In order to reduce the risk of health and safety hazards, ensure that total alkalinity is being tested weekly. Test total alkalinity at least once/week.
3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
Observed the pH at 8.0.
In order to reduce the risk of health hazards, ensure that the pH is within the range of 7.2 and 7.8. Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.
3701-31-04 (D)(8) / Acceptable test kit provided/adequate/in good repair
Observed the test kit being used was not adequate to test for all the water quality parameters required to be regularly monitored.
In order to reduce the risk of health and safety hazards, ensure that a FAS-DPD test kit is being used. Obtain a test kit that can properly measure all the required water quality parameters. Adequate test kit is on site, not being used.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(d) / First aid kit provided
Observed a first aid kit that was not well stocked.
In order to reduce the risk of health and safety hazards, ensure that the first aid kit is supplied with disposable gloves and sufficient supplies to stop bleeding. Provide a supplied first aid kit at all times.
