Repeat Deck surfaces had standing water or other hazards. Observed chipping paint on the deck throughout the facility.
Repair areas of the deck where standing water is occuring. If more than 50% of the deck must be replaced, plans must be submitted to the Ohio Department of Health for review and approval. Repair or replace the areas of the deck that have paint chipping.
