Repeat Observed that the combined chlorine was not tested daily at pool side prior to use.
In order to reduce the risk of health hazards, test for combined chlorine prior to bathers entering the water and every 12 hours while the pool is in use.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(p) / Deck surfaces are free of standing water or other hazards.
Observed "tiger up" tiles held down with shipping tape by the bleachers, by the tiger on the deck and towards the south end of the pool near the dive blocks.
In order to reduce the risk of safety hazards, repair/replace these tiles on the deck.
3701-31-04 (E)(3)(c) / Location of emergency telephone posted when the phone is not visible.
Observed no sign indicating how to operate the emergency phone.
In order to reduce the risk of health and safety hazards, ensure that a sign informing patrons of how to use the emergency device. Provide the instructions for how to dial out call fire/police or operate etc. Recommend posting the address of the facility on the sign.
