Repeat pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8. pH measured at 7.0.
The operator added pH adjustment chemicals in the incorrect order. Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range AFTER treating the pool to adjust chlorine to the proper level and the alkalinity to the proper level. The operator indicated that she would adjust the pH levels at the end of the day, after adjusting the alkalinity. .
3701-31-04 (C)(3) / Total alkalinity is at or greater than 60 ppm
Repeat Total alkalinity was less than 60 ppm. Alkalinity measured at 50 ppm.
Raise the total alkalinity to at least 60 ppm. The operator started to correct the alkalinity during the inspection.

Observed the daily logs to be incomplete and not fully filled-in.
Maintain all records and have them available upon request. All daily logs must be fully completed daily, with the pool's name and address, the dates, the characteristics of the pool filled in, the times when the pool water is tested noted, the pool measurements noted correctly, all corrective actions noted, and all other required notes. Complete the records from previous days and start making complete records today.

The operator attempted to correct all chemical imbalances at the same time. Always correct chemical problems one at a time. Adjust the chlorine level, then the alkalinity level, and then the pH level.
