[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(iii) / pH is tested daily at pool side at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features
pH and other pool chemistry results had been recorded 3 days in advance.
Pool chemistry must be performed and recorded at appropriate time intervals. pH must be tested prior to bathers entering the water and every 4 hours the pool is open for use. If ACC is in use pH must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the pH must be tested at 1 special feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use.
3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8.
In order to reduce the risk of health hazards, ensure that the pH is within the range of 7.2 and 8.0. Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.
3701-31-04(D)(6)(a)(1) / Combined chlorine shall not exceed 1.0 ppm.
Combined chlorine was greater than 1.0 ppm.
During inspection, the combined chlorine was 3.0. Treat the pool so that the combined chlorine is less than 1 ppm.
