3701-31-04 (B)(6)(o) / Ladders/stairs/steps are in good repair/slip resistent
Observed that some of the ladder hand rails were loose.
In order to reduce the risk of safety hazards, ensure that ladders/stairs/steps are in good repair. Repair or replace the ladders/stairs/steps so that they are slip resistant and in good repair.
3701-31-04 (D)(7)(d) / Flow or pressure switch with a shut off valve shall be provided and tested monthly.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed that the ACC unit was not tested monthly and recorded on logs.
In order to reduce the risk of safety hazards, ensure that the ACC unit is tested monthly. Discussed documenting the testing on the logs with the PIC.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(a)(ii) / A USCG Type IV personal flotation device with 30 -60 foot throw line provided
Observed no rope on a personal flotation device.
In order to reduce the risk of safety hazards, ensure that all flotation devices have a 30-60 foot throw line provided. Provide a proper floatation device at all times.

Comments
Please install a backflow prevention device on the hose bib along the south side of the pump room to prevent any possible contamination to the water supply.

Please monitor the chlorine feeder lines as there was some crystallization observed on the tubing.

Discussed with PIC that the drain covers do expire and when the pool is taken down for maintenance this year, the drain covers need to be inspected and possibly replaced. PIC stated that the covers were due to be replaced this year. Discussed with PIC that the paperwork for the drain covers is required to be maintained at the facility.

Discussed with PIC that the flow meter range is up to 350 gpm and given that the minimum flow rate is 354 gpm, the flow meter gauge should be replaced so that a more adequate reading can be made.
