The following violation(s) have been corrected since the last inspection.
3701-31-04 (B)(1)(b)/SVRS device(s) shall be functional.
Observed the SVRS not functioning.
The SVRS device that is being used as a secondary means to prevent entrapment/evisceration was not functional at the time of the inspection. Do not operate the pool when the SVRS is not functioning. Ensure the SVRS is operating properly prior to placing the pool back into operation. PIC closed the pool until the SVRS is functioning.
Comments
Violation is corrected. We were able to do more research on the drain covers and they are VGB compliant. I asked the PIC to print off a copy of the outlet cover description for the exact drain cover and keep it with the drain cover information for future reference. Pool is safe to operate.
