Observed that combined chlorine was not tested daily at pool side prior to use.
In order to reduce the risk of contamination, test for combined chlorine prior to bathers entering the water and every 4 hours the pool is open for use. If ACC is in use combined chlorine must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. Please ensure that the lifeguards are testing the pool for combined chlorine poolside before the bathers enter and then every 12 hours thereafter.

Repeat Observed a flying W tile is loose near the dive blocks and a tiger up tile being held down with packing tape on the deck.
In order to risk of safety hazards, repair the loose tiles.
