3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(iii) / pH is tested daily at pool side at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features
Repeat Observed that the pool is not tested poolside before the bathers enter the pool. Observed incomplete logs.
In order to reduce the risk of health risks, the pH must be tested prior to bathers entering the water and every 4 hours the pool is open for use. If ACC is in use pH must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. Ensure that the pool is tested poolside before the bathers enter the water. Also, ensure that the logs are completed (name of facility, address, dates etc.).
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(a)(ii) / The interior surfaces white or of an approved color
Repeat Observed that the paint at the bottom of the pool is not in good repair and is no longer an approvable color.
In order to reduce the risk of endangering bathers, ensure that the pool is repainted with an approved color. Ensure that the lane lines and diving marks are repainted so that they can be visibly seen by bathers Correct By: 31-Jul-2019

In order to reduce the risk of safety hazards, prevent the use of starting blocks/diving platforms by patrons. Ensure that the starting blocks and diving platforms are not accessible to patrons.
