Critical Observed no covers on the equalizer lines below the skimmer.
Correction: In order to reduce the risk of safety hazards, outlet covers shall meet ANSI/ASME A112.19.8-2007 standards. Place approved covers over the lines that meet the ANSI/ASME A112.19.8-2007 standard. Equalizer lines shall have compliant covers or be removed or plugged. Discussed this with PIC.

Observed that a first aid kit was not readily accessible.
In order to reduce health hazards, ensure that first aid kit at the pool at all times. Provide a basic first aid kit with sufficient supplies to stop bleeding and disposable gloves. Discussed with PIC.
