Observed pool chemical records had only been maintained until 5/18/2023. In order to ensure proper chemical composition of the facility's pool over time, chemical pool records must be maintained regularly.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(t) / Equipment/chemical/storage areas are free of hazards/accessible only to authorized personnel.
Critical Observed the pump room where chemicals are stored was unlocked. In order to reduce the risk of health hazards, ensure that chemical storage areas are only accessible to authorized personnel.

3701-31-04 (D)(7)(b) / pH and ORP values shall be displayed.
Critical Repeat Observed no ORP value displayed. In order to properly monitor chemical controller activity, the ORP must be displayed.

Comments
Called to ask if pool was in operation, and was told it was. Upon visiting, the front desk told me that the pool was not in operation, but the pool room was observed to be unlocked and there was no signage stating that it was closed. Discussed with the front desk, who said that ECOLAB was working on the pool and that signage would be used.
