[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(1)(c) / Minimum disinfection residual shall be maintained as required.
Critical Observed the pool entrance was locked but there was no sign to indicate the pool was closed. Due to the minimum disinfection residual was not being maintained above 1ppm, the pool needs to be closed and have a "pool closed" sign posted.

3701-31-04 (E)(3)(d) / "WARNING or DANGER - POOL CLOSED" sign(s) posted-when the pool is closed
Observed the pool entry door was locked but it needs to have a sign indicating the pool is closed.

3701-31-04(D)(6)(a)(2) / Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual shall be above 1 ppm.
Critical No chlorine detected in the pool water above 1ppm. Need to keep the pool closed until the free chlorine concentration in the pool is above 1ppm to provide the correct amount to treat the pool water.

3701-31-04(D)(6)(a)(2) / Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual shall be above 1 ppm.
Critical Observed the pool water did not have any detectable chlorine disinfectant residual over 1ppm. Keep the pool closed until the free chlorine residual is greater than 1ppm.
