Observed that the emergency device (telephone) was not working.
In order to reduce the risk of health and safety hazards, ensure that the emergency device is functioning properly. Repair/replace the phone.

3701-31-04(D)(6)(a)(1)/Combined chlorine shall not exceed 1.0 ppm.
Observed that the combined chlorine was at 2.0 ppm.
In order to reduce the risk of health hazards, treat the pool so that the combined chlorine is less than 1 ppm.
Comments
ACC still in alarm mode. Continue monitoring the pool every 4 hours until the ACC is functioning properly. Recommend contacting a professional and having the ACC serviced and repaired. Also, ensure that the emergency phone is repaired/replaced.
