Repeat Observed that there is not an air gap between the DE filter drainage lines and the waste sump.
Raise the lines that discharge into the backwash or drainage sumps so that there is an air gap and the lines can drain freely.

Repeat Total alkalinity observed at 30 ppm.
Total alkalinity shall be at least 60 ppm. Raise the total alkalinity to at least 60 ppm.
