Repeat Observed- Spa caution sign with the required language was not posted.To reduce potential Health hazard. Post sign- Caution- Pregnant women, elderly,heart disease,diabetes, high or low blood pressure should not enter without medical permission.
Post the spa caution sign prominently at the spa whenever it is in use.
