Although pool has been closed for repair. Document first closed date in records and days closed. ie. Pool closed 9/18/23 till 11/1/23. Reopen pool on 11/2/23. This will help explain lack of pool testing records during that time.

Observed- leaking pipe in equipment room. To reduce hazard. repair problem causing leak.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h) / Required meters and gauges maintained/functional
Flow meter is not functioning. Staff states it has been ordered.

3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
Observed- PH at 8+++. To reduce skin irratation. Treat pool to lower pool water to 7.2 to 7.8.
