3701-31-04 (B)(1)(b) / SVRS device(s) shall be functional.
Critical Observed the SVRS device that is being used as a secondary means to prevent entrapment/evisceration was not functional at the time of the inspection. (says call for service)
In order to reduce the risk of safety hazards, do not operate the pool when the SVRS is not functioning. Ensure the SVRS is operating properly prior to placing the pool back into operation.
3701-31-04 (B)(1)(e) / Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) shall function properly.
Critical Observed Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) was not functioning properly at the time of the inspection (Alarm was on).
In order to reduce the risk of safety hazards, do not operate the pool when the ACC unit is not functioning properly. Ensure that the ACC unit is functioning properly prior to placing the pool back into operation.
3701-31-04 (B)(5) / Records are maintained for at least two years
Observed that pool residuals are not being recorded properly
In order to reduce the risk of safety hazards, maintain all records and have them available upon request.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(t) / Equipment/chemical/storage areas are free of hazards/accessible only to authorized personnel.
Critical Observed pump room to be unlocked and accessible to anyone.
In order to reduce the risk of safety hazards, ensure pump room is locked and accessible only to authorized personnel
3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
Observed pH (8+) was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8.
In order to reduce the risk of safety hazards, treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(d) / First aid kit provided
Observed no gloves in first aid kit and low on Band-Aids.
In order to reduce the risk of safety hazards, ensure first aid kit is stocked.
