FAS-DPD test kit was not used when required. Test kit only able to test chlorine to 10ppm,chlorine tested @ 12ppm.
Obtain a FAS-DPD test kit immediately. PIC to lower chlorine below 10ppm making test kit capable of measuring parameters.

All equipment must be maintained in accordance with the manufacturers specifications. PIC to replace gauge.
3701-31-04 (C)(3)/Total alkalinity is at or greater than 60 ppm Total alkalinity was less than 60 ppm.Observed Total alkalinity @40ppm. Raise the total alkalinity to at least 60 ppm. PIC to add alkalinity booster to bring above 60ppm.
