Pool water temperature was above 90 degrees Fahrenheit without approval from the Director of Health. Observed pool water temperature to be at 94 degrees F.
Either reduce the water temperature of the pool to below 90 degrees Fahrenheit or seek approval to operate at a higher temperature from the Director of Health.
