Repeat Observed that the flow meter was not working properly.
In order to reduce the risk of health and safety hazards, provide a properly functioning flow meter. Repair/replace this flow meter. Discussed with PIC.

Critical Observed no covers on the equalizer lines below the skimmers.
In order to reduce the risk of safety hazards, outlet covers shall meet ANSI/ASME A112.19.8-2007 standards. Place approved covers over the lines that meet the ANSI/ASME A112.19.8-2007 standard. Equalizer lines shall have compliant covers or be removed or plugged. Discussed this with PIC
