[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B) / All facilities are maintained clean, safe and sanitary condition and in good repair.
Men's change/restroom's only handsink not working, under repairs. In order to reduce the risk of spreading disease, swimmers and staff need to have a working handsink with hot water to wash hands after using the toilet.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(f) / Required turnover rates are sufficient
Flow at 390 gpm instead of min. flow rate of 583 gpm indicating the turnover rate is not being met for the pool's total water volume over 8 hours (480 mins). In order to reduce the risk of disease from improper treated water, adjust the flow rate to meet the correct turnover.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(o) / Ladders/stairs/steps are in good repair/slip resistent
Ladders need to be secured to not wobble when in use for safe exit of the pool water. In order to reduce the risk of injury when exiting the pool using the ladders fix the ladders to not move when in use.
