Repeat The flowmeter does not work. No readings can be taken because the float is stuck at the bottom OR the flowmeter does not work. Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation.
All meters and gauges must be maintained in a properly funtioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation. Repair or replace this meter.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(p) / Deck surfaces are free of standing water or other hazards.
Repeat The deck surfaces in the pool/spa area show noticeably worn paint and chipped surfacing.
Repair all areas of the deck where the surface is chipped or missing paint. The operator indicated that the deck would be completely repainted in time for the May annual licensure inspection.
3701-31-04 (C)(3) / Total alkalinity is at or greater than 60 ppm
The total alkalinity was measured 30 ppm. This is too low and less than the required 60 ppm.
Raise the total alkalinity to at least 60 ppm.

In preparation of the May annual licensure inspection, collect all information about the "submerged lifetime" of the drain covers and all paperwork showing the installation date of the drain covers.

The owner indicated that the deck around the pool would be repainted in time for the May inspection.
