Repeat Equipment was not maintained per manufacturers specifications. The flow meter was observed to be "stuck" due to hard water deposits and could not be read.
All equipment must be maintained in accordance with the manufacturers specifications. Repair or repalce this flow meter to allow easy and reliable measurements of water flow in the system.

pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8. The pH was measured at 7.0. This is too low.
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.
3701-31-04 (C)(3) / Total alkalinity is at or greater than 60 ppm
Total alkalinity was less than 60 ppm. The alkalinity was mesured at 30 ppm. This is too low.
Raise the total alkalinity to at least 60 ppm. This will allow the pH to maintain a proper range.
